A battery disconnect switch (or kill switch) is a safety device that breaks the electrical connection between the battery and your Ice Castle. It prevents battery drain from items like your L.P. detector and stereo during storage. Switch should be on any time you are hooked to power or generator to charge your Ice Castle battery.
