- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Item must include all original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable items include:
- Installed or used parts/accessories
- Custom-built or special-order items such as Fish Houses, RV’s etc.
- Clearance, final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

- How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support at:

Provide:
- Order number
- Name
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping Your Return
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Proper packaging to ensure the item arrives safely
We recommend sending returns with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging
We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund details:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain items (optional — I can remove this)
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following the return process
- Place a new order for the replacement item
(This ensures correct availability and faster processing.)
- Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
