  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Item must include all original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Installed or used parts/accessories
  • Custom-built or special-order items such as Fish Houses, RV’s etc. 
  • Clearance, final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

  1. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support at:

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  1. Shipping Your Return

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging to ensure the item arrives safely

We recommend sending returns with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain items (optional — I can remove this)

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.

  1. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following the return process
  • Place a new order for the replacement item

(This ensures correct availability and faster processing.)

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
